Management hierarchy is a confusing mess. Toxic, soul sucking environment from the top down. The longer you work here, the more responsibilities you will be given - but your pay will not change. CEO is an insufferable billionaire who petrifies everyone in the office. Healthcare isn’t affordable at all especially if you have kids. Building has extremely poor security. Co-workers are unhygienic, often leaving stray fecal matter, boogers, and even whole pairs of underwear on the bathroom floors. Kitchen is always a mess as nobody cleans up after themselves. The Christmas party is a joke and a waste of money, all so that the CEO can hear himself talk into a mic for 45 minutes straight. During the Corona Virus shutdown, this company chose to lay off half of their employees.
