Cons
Management is nontransparent, if they can make a buck - they turn their heads at illegal actions or broken industry rules. The management retaliates against whistle blowers!

Nothing I remember unless you count working in troy a pro.
Cons
- No vacation days until you have worked there for a year. - Medical benefits after 90 days , which is extremely expensive as I believe the company is not paying any portion (about $1400 a month back then). - You get 4 hours to be used as sick days per month, so you have to make sure you don't go sick for 2 months to take a sick day - Unorganized IT department. - No business structure.
