      - remote - competitive pay

      Cons

      - Horrible remote functioning - Micromanagement - CEO changes plans as per his whim. He changes things every time he talks to other founders - Managers don't care about you. They're stressed to achieve unrealistic goals and make you work to the bone - Bad performance reviews - Fake promises of bonuses/stocks/raises to keep you long - Will ask you to work weekends but dont let you take comp off. - most employees are unhappy. except if you're in your manager's good graces
