No proper onboarding orientations at all, very poor management for onboarding, leaves new freshers clueless and expect them to fit in without any explanations. People working for 3+ years in the company also have no proper idea of workflows hence the employees are very fragile in their core basics

Disclaimer: Pun intended. 1. Hybrid model was implemented not because of COVID, but because there was not enough space to accommodate all the employees. 2. Diversity is luxury here. 3. Equal payroll throughout the team irrespective of the work you do. 4. Transparency at its peak. All HR SPOCS, have different information about the same matter. 5. 10% of genuine hardworking workforce handles 50% workload.
Cons
The management sucks: 1. After covid, work from the base location was made mandatory just because company leased few floors prematurely without taking anyone’s consent. 2. During hiring, transport was agreed “verbally” just to be denied at a later time. 3. HR meetings are more like news broadcast rather than being actually informative. 4. Your work is recognised only if you can communicate in the regional language. 5. You are hired based on your contacts not on skills. 6. HR and employee interactions is just for the sake of a good Instagram story.

Please don’t go behind the money and fake promises by HR. You will lose your peace in life and you will lose work life balance. Request all to think 100 times before you join. They will take work from you and once that is done they will put unnecessary pressure on you so that you will leave the organisation or if you are not resigning they will fire you. They have some of the PDE III employees and managers who doesn’t know how to behave with the other employees. These people put pressure to finish task which is not planned and blaming employees they have not done . Directors think that employees are like robots they can do anything if they send commands. Be aware aware aware aware dont be greedy choose mental peace over the money, position and other things which is not important to lead the peaceful life.

don't get trapped with good reviews that are written by HR of the company or by some local Telugu guy who loves such kind of environment. 1) you can tell someone that you have a job. 2) you can be a proud if you are local Telugu, it's a core Telugu speaking group of people 3) it's the place for you if you want to sit here from morning 7 am to night 11:45 pm at least.

1) to get considered a good employee you should come to office at 7 am in the morning and leave it around 1 am in the night. 2) I used to see there are many senior guys who keep staying there to give a competition to each other that who stay longer inside office in the night. 3) if you have any life other than work than never ever join this organization.

(1) Bonus component of the salary is a trap, don't think it to be the part of the total CTC. You won't get it most of the time. They didn't even give bonus for the last year for the leaving employees without any reason. (2)They force freshers to give 5 star reviews to improve the overall rating otherwise its overall would be less than 2. You can check abrupt increase in the rating in last 1-2 years. This should tell you a lot about how the company is building its image. (3) Many highly knowledgeable people left the organization due to politics which has become the real pain point. (4) The writing of effective, maintainable code is not emphasised. Engineering choices are made on the whims of a select few. Design and architecture are not prioritised, and some audacious mid-level bosses make terrible design decisions and force them on the rest of the workforce. The majority of those have worked there for at least 4-5 years. (5) No learning and growth opportunities for new people. (6) The company is highly biased against the married people so don't join if you are married or about to get married.
