Getting a chance to learn new technology since i has been implemented with / without the practical implications

Cons

Work ethics was surprisingly minimal company culture does not prfioritize work-life balance there are a few team leads who are less co-operative on team work (assigning works and just relaxes and wanders around without getting involved even if he is responsible) Cannot grant the reputation of a standard software company
