      Pros

      Your coworkers are like family and sometimes there is free water or coffee. Local commute and not in Boston. Coworkers are great.

      Cons

      High turnover due to unstable management. Shoestring budget across the board. No reviews, raises, chance to grow with the company. Everyone's job is to follow the owners ideas and not their own so work is a big struggle.

      No pressure, good pay, friendly atmosphere.

      Cons

      No where to go, owner dictates every move - especially for sales team. Heavy turnover creates a documentation nightmare. Dated, static product line needs diversification.

      no throughput in prototyping, no R&D, no true standards of SOP contradictory self subjective ideals, no respect for engineers, always blaming others not clearly respecting knowledgeable insight from others, dismissive attitudes towards other more experienced employees.
