      Pros

      Some nice people to work with. Pay is not bad.

      Cons

      They use your probation as an extended interview process to see if you'll be a good fit, and have no problem letting you go if you don't do things exactly how they want you to. Many employees (including me) are let go during probation and not given adequate time, training, support to get up to speed.

      Pros

      People I've worked with are nice and brilliant.

      Cons

      - Contributions made by WoC are never acknowledged. These employees are constantly sidelined - Constant micromanagement leading to poor mental health across teams - Long working hours are glorified and hence encouraged - No blame culture only applies to management

      Pros

      There are some really talented and energetic people working here and the pay is alright.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, it is really hard to stay motivated working here for multiple reasons: - Burn out - Constant shifting of priorities - A lot of instances of “Do as I say not as I do” - Pirical cannot hold onto new or old staff Also, I must agree with earlier reviews regarding the lack of empathy and guidance for entry-level/juniors at the company, management can be quite harsh and it definitely looked like they did more scolding than actually trying to upskill them!
