      Amazing team, as a pm, everyone is on the right track and most client is really satisfied with the quality and timely work.

      Cons

      Work life balance is not that great. Sometimes it will go to more than 60 hrs when pushing the ddl. And need more events and initiatives.

      Leadership always gave feedback and team culture is good. Learned pretty much, great way to jump into MBB since you can learn so much in a relative smaller firm.

      Not that much work life balance, projects after projects
