-Your work and contribution will be valued -Everyone does their best and then some. -A lot of opportunities to explore something outside your normal role -Transparent management, you'll always know where you and the company stands. Honest feedback is culture. -They mean it when they say 'open door policy' -Competitive salary -Unlimited leave (no leave accrued means no leave day balance can be cashed in should you resign) -Vibey and intimate in a good way -People are really great, they just generally try to be pleasant to each other
Cons
-Small company, big workload -No benefits -Recruitment process can be quite slow -Lack of structure can negatively affect workflow sometimes
