Pros
At first everything looked good. They helped expats to relocate and join developers' team. Practically all software devs were expats and English-speakers which created a friendly atmosphere and helped to adapt faster. In total I'd say teamwise everything went well. What I can't say about the management in general...
Cons
Seems like sometimes they thought that making employees feeling needy and miserable is one of the most effective strategies to do business. Practically, I'd say they used the fact that you are still an expat and you are afraid to be kicked off from the country. Unpaid overtime and disregarding personal opinions, needs, and feelings were a common practice there unfortunately.
