Pros
I enjoy working with all of my colleagues. We all work to help each other and support one another. I feel that we are stronger for working together to give our customers the best service. The support we all receive on a day-to-day basis is great, the training is great and continuous as we are always developing and growing and strive to give our customers the highest quality of service. So for us to do this we are pushed to be the best that we can be but it does not feel pressured, it is more like using you to be better and do better and I love that we have that support and structure to grow as a company and ourselves. The Team leaders are very friendly and helpful in all aspects, no matter how many times you ask for help.
Cons
I can not think of any cons. The work is fast-paced but I enjoy this.
