A creative and inspiring place to work. It's been great to be part of a team where each person is supported. It's a great company to join, you get to work on a variety of projects with a broad range of clients. Direct brands, to advertisers to other research agencies. The owner is actively involved and always there for support - which is is awe inspiring given that she's created this business alongside raising a family. Many past employees have gone on to great careers, which is proof of the training and confidence given by management. Holiday allowance is great. Flexible working is always an option. Company culture is great. A really sociable, fun team to be part of.
