      Foreign management without any ramifications of their actions in Indiana

      Pros

      Interesting automotive supplier, with some new technologies emerging. Very cool plants in Asturias and other countries Hours and demands aren't terrible

      Cons

      Management makes short term gain, long term loss decisions. Pay freezes Low pay High turnover Management is foreign, without any consequences to their bad actions. If the plant closed, they go home to their countries.
