      The company where you are the slave

      Pros

      I work with Power Linker for long time, and I feel very bad experience of my life. They trash you for any time for your small mistakes without any reason. I am not understanding that they are running business or school. The company is only for fresher. Don't stay more than 1 year.

      Cons

      You have to submit your certificates while joining. When you leave company it very difficult to get your own documents. They are not giving you any Re-leaving and Experience letter. You have to do your own submission of PF form for clearance. Once you leave company they did not support for your PF clearance. upper level management having too much ego.

      Pros

      No Pros. I work as a electrical engineer in power linker. CEO is completely arrogant and manner less. He doesn't even know how to talk with any employee and always insult you, even if you don't have any fault. Completely bad work culture and CEO will treat you like a slave. No appraisal and appreciation even if you do lot of hard work. Some people cries after insulating humiliation. But save your life even if you unemployed it's OK but don't join a wrong company.

      Cons

      All cons are mentioned in pros. List would be really long if I keep mentioning all the cons. I know CEO will read this and as like others he will answer this post also because he never accept if we show any fault in him. He has plenty of time for spying on employees and torturing them even if they're loyal.

      There is no pros is this worst company.

      1000 and millions of cons for not joining this company. He will send some senior engineer or manager to check who is in the washroom...... Such a degraded company. CEO thoughts are really very bad. Should I name Mr. CEO, MEHTA and company. They think they are running a business, yes sure you are running a business of school. Teaching them how to seat, how to write and and how to eat. They will conduct some 3rd grade meetings with employees, we're employees will only able to listen that they are slaves, u cannot learn any new things in this faltu company, CEO for 24*7 will be watching everyone through CCTV cameras. How many times you are getting up from your seat, how many times you are eating, he will even call you and say don't eat others tiffin wow what a great CEO..... HAHAHAH.
