Management is pretty awful. They refuse to give employees the tools they need to do their job, this usually comes at your own expense. They're very poor at giving notice to gigs. Many times I showed up for work expecting to be in the warehouse all day and suddenly I'm going out to gigs. Al will have you run to do random things such as dropping stuff off at his house or the house of someone in sales despite you having a busy schedule of gigs. You will be grossly underpaid for the hours and effort you put in. They undercut the rest of the event industry by selling events for cheap at the crew's expense. You will not receive a living wage on crew. Management will pretend to want to help you succeed, meanwhile they're working behind the scenes to blindside you. If you tell them you're unavailable on certain days, they'll still schedule you to work. This will lead to a rehashing for information you already clearly provided. There's not even a modicum of formal training, you just get thrown out there because you're another body. I also had a terrible experience getting in touch with someone to follow up on my application. I'm talking consistent calls for 2 months. By the time the interview was scheduled, they didn't realize my interviewers were going to be out all week and the week after. It was a huge waste of time and money for me. They truly do not respect the workers. Do not work here.

Terrible hours, short shifts, always work weekends, used to give up weekend nights just to work from 9pm-12 or 1am
