      Pros

      Practus provides us with various opportunities to learn and work on different mandates. I am currently working on 2 very different client mandates, and the onus of the entire project lies with me. This gives one an opportunity to learn so much about project and client management. Higher management is very supportive and very open to feedback.

      Pros

      1. Great place to start your career as a fresher. 2. Helps you build a base and strong foundation as you work with different teams and clients across different industry. 3. Strong L&D programme. 4. Great learning curve plus rarely people on bottom of the food chain get exposed to clients in such a way at other consulting firms.

      Cons

      1. Weak bench strength, high dependent on few resources to deliver majority of the projects. 2. Unrealistic timelines of delivery. 3. Majority teams have more freshers that impacts the delivery as they lack experience.
