Pros
They have been around for a while. There is a decent showroom to demo the equipment.
Cons
The owner and her husband are stuck in their old ways, they don't seem to want to grow the company with newer technology. The turnover for technicians is ridiculous. The seasoned techs leave, so the newer techs do not know what they are doing. They have a bell that sounds off when you are allowed to leave for the day which gets really annoying over time. The commission that is paid is far less than all the other integration companies. They expect more than what they pay you for.
