      Don't have any pros. If you are fresher or don't have any job at present they you can join this company something is better than nothing.ask for appointment letter before joining and ask them to change the point which you doesn't agree with.

      Cons

      Will eat up ur salary Will not pick up ur calls or respond You will not come to know who the HR is becoz they will play around with you by passing the buck. Zero benefits You will not confirmation of your employment You can be fired anytime Will delay your salary as much as possible.
