Pros

8-4 so very good for those wanting a scheduled plan for work. There are no requests for overtime. Friendly staff. Good pay.

Cons

HIGH STRESS. HIGH EXPECTATIONS. Will be asked to do everything and anything that is deemed reasonable by management, regardless of training. Zero tolerance for mistakes or patience for room to grow. Micromanagement. Heavy political attitude at work.

It is disappointing to receive this review after attempting to part ways on respectful terms. In employment termination meetings we do not focus on the errors that led to the decision for dismissal; instead, we thank people for the work they have done and wish them well. Sometimes an employment situation is just not a good fit, and that’s okay. With that being said, your post lacks context that future job seekers may find valuable should they utilize your review to assess our company. It is difficult to remedy that you felt both micromanaged and under-trained. We evaluate performance expectations on a consistent basis to ensure that employees are both prepared and have demonstrated an ability to complete their work before it becomes their responsibility. We ask our team members to take adequate notes for routine tasks so that they can be reliably performed thereafter. Training does not simply end after one week; it is an ongoing process that we expect our employees to participate in. For that reason, it is disingenuous to say that there is “zero tolerance for mistakes”. When mistakes are found we review with our team how they were made and how to prevent them from recurring. Unfortunately, errors can reach an untenable frequency. For instance, if an employee cannot reliably execute the same task consistently, barges ahead without asking questions, or demonstrates a lack of organizational skills. Several others have succeeded in this role with minimal issues and errors. With the right individual in the position, specifically one who can enter information accurately, focus on the tasks at hand, and follow procedures, the expectations of this role can be easily met. We truly wish former employees the best in finding work where they can succeed.
