I have been working at Primatics Financial full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

In the past year, I can confidently say nothing at all. It pains me to say that but it's 100% true. Things have drastically changed.

    Cons

This company has no direction, and no longer has a strong footing in the industry. The amount of work, billable hours, and general direction from upper management is extremely volatile and inconsistent. -They pay A LOT of lip service to training, but any quality training simply does not exist here. -They claim to be a top shelf technology company but they are operating in an early 2010's midset, and no one in the company has a desire to modernize anything. -Bureaucracy and red tape, everywhere possible. -No longer has a dedicated IT and HR department, good luck trying to deal with any issues that pertain to either. -Top level VP's are more focused on telling people to submit time cards than they are with the employee or company well being. -All technical positions have slowly been moved offshore. -Lay offs without any warning. -Every office seems to have a silent rivalry with one another, everyone wants to kick the can to someone else and should anyone want to actually take responsibility for items they receive poor performance reviews because of it.

    Pros

Some REALLY smart people work here.

    Cons

The company has failed to mature and is stuck at a plateau. Many of the most talented people have left, more are still leaving.
