Good projects, nice studio space, free drinks at wrap parties.
Cons
Mean spirited bullies in management. Genuine horror stories for all kinds of micro aggressions and outright hostility. Management is a clique and if you aren’t in the clique you are in danger of being the next target. This was without a doubt the most hostile work environment I have ever had the displeasure of working in and every single person I talk to who worked in prod and left the company has had similar experiences. Disgusting behavior on the part of the management team.
