Very little pros, there are some nice colleagues

You will only progress within the company and get respect for what you do if you have been there a very long time and are the right kind of person. Management don’t have time for people below a certain level. It’s all smoke and mirrors lots of things happen in the business which are secretive or staff find out when it’s posted on social media. They only care about what their business looks like from the outside rather than how it is in actual reality.
