      Pros

      Fair promotional structure made it easy for me to advance my career based on my results rather than my work history.

      Cons

      Due to the company still being brand new and growing quickly things were understandably a little hectic. If you’re just looking for a 9-5 desk job this probably isn’t for you.

      Great place to start out ! Worked in telesales for a long time with no progression opportunities. Been here since August and I am already taking on other responsibilities.
