      Worst company to work for as software developer guy. you are considered as a animal rather than a human being.Before i join here i have already seen on glassdoor some bad review about this company, but i did not care that review and come to this company.but after some days i feel too much, that why i came here. Realy this is the worst company in chennai.

      Had been long time associated but the worst experience in my lifetime employment. will screw you life will make you a useless employee will make endless false commitments.

      Cons

      Hire and fire is very good no people only mad are employed HR is the technical officer you will come out of the company with added knowledge how to play world politics people will br ready to pull the legs just in a movement.

      Pros

      Good company and policies. Heard they are CMMi Certified Provide a level playing field for everyone to grow. Unbiased and ethical in treatment of employees. Uncompromising towards any harassment of any kind whatsoever at all levels from top management to grass root. Equal opportunities to all the employees irrespective of the gender. Extremely inclined towards meeting all norms in terms of labor laws. Zero tolerance policies and women empowerment. Highest security level for women employees.

      Cons

      Prefer an office in cities like Bangalore or Hyderabad.
