Pros

Work life balance is decent Some solid coworkers

Cons

Base pay is low and incentive is inconsistent month to month Management likes to gaslight and say you did things you didn’t and when you defend yourself HR takes managements side Everyone is miserable, unhappy and toxic Constant changes to pay, duties of roles and territories make it hard to get used to doing a consistent job More than half of employees are on performance improvement plans Toxic office environment including constant gossiping, talking about colleagues behind their back, bashing the company and other toxic behaviors No team building exercises or events and when you bring it up you’re told company can’t afford it yet they pay to bring employees into town and let them get wasted on the companies dime No career growth opportunities they will say they have plans, but there are no jobs above you once you get to a certain point you’ll need to grow outward not upward No diversity most of the employees are white

Doesn’t understand narcissistic abuse

Pros

Had some great coworkers who supported me through some tough times. Great clientele and objectively good product.

Cons

So they dirty deleted my original review, but I’m writing it again. This was the most mentally abusive job I’ve ever had. It’s been over two years and I am very successful at my current employer, but I’m STILL going to medical appointments and therapy. Corrupt, untrained, completely narcissistic people were placed over me. The abuse was so bad that I developed hypothyroidism, high cortisol, and adrenal fatigue. Spent hundreds of dollars trying to figure out what was wrong with me. Was bullied like a child on a playground, and as soon as I reported anything, the bullies lied, gaslit, and worst of all, pretended to care I’m front of upper management to make me appear like the bad guy. Eventually, I was fired after one of the most malignant threw a public tantrum at me in the office, then went and fabricated a story that I broke one of her “rules,” which didn’t even exist. Unemployment had a good laugh over that one. HR was part of the gaslighting and did not keep confidentiality, which enabled the abusers to threaten me against going to them.

Pros

There are few but I did enjoy my team and co-workers or those that remained. Due to the many hats I wore, I was able to get experience in a lot of areas. 3.5% 401K match

Cons

-There is no strategy and ELT has no idea what they are doing in this market. They continually create messes they expect customer-facing people to clean up. The only logical explanation is they plan to sell next year and do not ever plan to clean the messes up. (I do not know that this is their plan but you can't be that bad on purpose.) -They only care about pushing their internal processor to clients as this is the money maker. They do not care about the software unless a client is screaming, which is really sad as the people impacted are educators and schools. (and front end employees) -When clients run into issues and ask to escalate to a higher level, which happens often because of the above, they try to push it back down to you or provide little to no help. Their server failed during a launch one time and the ELT literally told the client it was because they was unaware of the launch. Never knew a c-level person needed to be aware of every launch for them to be successful. -It is weird because at first they all seem very nice but then you realize it turns into a toxic, gaslighting environment. When asked about a promotion they used the only time I asked for help from upper management against me and said that I should have looked it up. I barely asked them for help because overall I thought they were useless so that was pretty comical to me. -Since there has been so much turnover recently there are so many people in positions in which they have no idea what they are doing and there is no training or resources. -The positive reviews on here are clearly higher-ups posting so the equity company doesn't think they are failing, although I am unsure how they already don't think that. Even if you like working here this company has so many issues that no cons actually made me laugh out loud. -Time off is 2 weeks per year and 1 week of sick time. I personally felt like this was pretty old school. Currently, hybrid work 2-3 days in the office although this may increase. If you are desperate for a job or need to get something on your resume, this may be a good choice but most of the people I have talked to that left describe this company as an abusive ex. Truly hope you have a different experience.
