    Cons

Few newly appointed Band 3 Managers doesn't have maturity to handle people, they still behave like Band 2 employee and their people management skills are ZERO 3. No flexibility or logic given while deciding on new role for an employee

    Advice to Management

Please give people management and soft skill trainings to few Band 3 Managers, they are really screwing up life of Band 2 and Band 1 employees.
