      -Benefits- Good salary, have annual free medical checkup, perfect health package reimbursement (dental care, specialist consultations, medicine, etc). -Work Culture- - Innovation considered well, management want to improve and keep up-to-date with latest technology. - Hybrid IT infrastructure. - Work-life balances good enough, head office has pretty neat Gym to use and also a shower

      -management- - need more clear direction and suitable KPI for DevOps - production issue handling need improvement without blaming and focus on preventive action in the future - administration for ticketing too complex, long, and too much wasting time - unclear career path - no paid overtime -technical- - need to maximize the use of monitoring tools to proactively respond incident without waiting for user complaint - start to raise cloud compute cost awareness
