      Pros

      Working with Proje gives you the complete package. The company is comprised of hard working individuals who support each other very well. There are opportunities from coast to coast, for a variety of skill sets. I believe I am a valued employee and have no issues when reaching out to leadership for insight, advice, a personal need, or a simple conversation.

      Cons

      The only con I can think up is if you like routine, you need to understand that changing projects or assignments means changing teams, and that creates 'REforming' and 'REnorming'. I like people, and I do enjoy getting to know new people so this is not a con for me personally.

      Violet (CEO) leads by example. She has created a strong leadership team who are well experienced in their areas of expertise. At Proje, I am seen as a person and not counted as a number. My Proje colleagues are knowledgeable, caring, and fun to work beside. I feel fortunate to be a part of this amazing team.

      Consultants are knowledgeable and committed to client success Teamwork and collaboration within Projé Consultant Team is excellent Company culture is built on trust, integrity, excellence and growth but feels like a group of friends doing good work together! Lean management, ability to be agile and flexible to expedite results

      Cons

      It is a balancing act to find the right opportunities and the right consultants to fill the roles. We sometimes lose wonderful talent waiting for clients to make decisions to bring in resources.
