Pros

The only good thing about this organization is Ms. Hammond the HR lady. Company is only good to get your feet wet with federal work, after that you should look else where unless you like being stagnant.

Cons

No PTO, you get like .3hrs each pay period which is basically nothing. No types of incentives or benefits to keep contractors going. Management is shady, they will sweet talk you to bring you onboard, after that you're on your own. You're just a number to them.

Pros

The HR people are highly competent, keeping you in the loop during the whole hiring process. Very helpful while onboarding and working out payroll issues quickly.

Cons

They do the bare minimum when it comes to benefits. For example, when you start you are only given 10 days PTO, which is not uncommon, but you have to work there for five years before you get more. There are other companies far more generous with PTO that one could work for and make the same money, in fact, more companies are leaning toward caring about your work/life balance. That's not the case here. They want to get their yearly 2000+ hours out of you and grant you 3.33 hours leave per two-week pay period.

Pros

Salary, recruiter was get helpful with interviewing. Friendly staff. Good luncheon, paid for all employees to come and enjoy the end of the year.

Cons

Not taking care of new employees, by getting back to them. After telling them After they are hired their contract is up in 4 months.
