CEO makes business decisions based on what will cost him the least amount of money short-term, not what will benefit the company long-term. Management will praise their drivers for being the "backbone" of the company while also telling them just how replaceable they are in the same breath. Unrealistic expectations with all but zero margin for error for new hires. One honest mistake will lead to immediate termination without any chance or offer to improve/correct mistakes. Extremely high turnover rate. Harder work and more responsibilities only leads to more stress and micromanagement without any increase in compensation or incentive to grow within the company. Management delegates most of their responsibilities onto dispatch and oftentimes blamed members of dispatch for incomplete work assignments that were management's responsibility.
