Pros

Working at Propelrr for the past 7 years has been a meaningful journey of growth. I started as a content and SEO practitioner and gradually evolved into a Digital Marketing Manager with a broader perspective across social, creative, paid media, and even tech-driven strategies. The agency environment pushes you to learn, adapt, and think beyond silos. It’s a place where exposure to different disciplines really shapes how you approach digital marketing.

Cons

There are opportunities to strengthen overall team participation, especially in cross-functional collaboration. Better alignment across teams could further improve execution efficiency and campaign integration.

Excellent Growth Opportunities and Supportive Culture

Pros

This is an excellent company for professionals who are highly motivated by career growth. Management is very supportive, actively assigning tasks that align with your long-term career goals and providing constructive feedback to help you improve. The environment is fast-paced and challenging, but the culture is fantastic—colleagues are incredibly friendly, and it's easy to build relationships even outside of work. I also appreciate that leadership listens to employee suggestions and recognizes hard work. Additional perks include a great hybrid setup (only twice a week onsite, which is a lifesaver for Manila traffic) and valuable learning sessions, like the recent soft-skills training during our general assembly.

Cons

The fast-paced environment requires exceptional time-management skills to stay afloat. There will be times when the work is challenging, pushing you out of your comfort zone to upskill. If you are someone who prefers a highly predictable and routine workday, you might find those peak periods a bit overwhelming. Lastly, I miss chills!
