Talented team members, collaborative, and genuinely supportive of each other. There’s a sense of community among colleagues that makes the day-to-day bearable.
Cons
Management is where the company really falls short. Decision-making is inconsistent, transparency is lacking, and leadership often feels disconnected from the realities of the team. Growth opportunities are limited and the culture at the top doesn’t encourage open communication or trust. Be careful when reading some of the overly positive reviews here, many of them feel heavily influenced internally. Don’t be fooled into thinking this is a perfect environment.
