*Too much of micro management
*Lot of meetings and you are ecpected to be on video in all meetings. If your camera is off then immediately the so called lead pings you yo on the camera
*Need to work for client and attend client calls. Along with that too many internal calls within proservartner.
* quarterly performance reviews. Again form filling every quarter.
* managers do not trust their employees and employee are treated like school kids with too much of micro managing
