Pros

Easy to get hired lol.

Cons

Seems to be a massive scam with a huge employee turnover rate because of how cultish and soul-sucking it is.

We are sorry you had a negative experience working with us and that we were somehow trying to scam you. We can assure you that this was in no-way the case and absolutely unintentional. Rest assured many other people do not view working at our company as 'soul-sucking' or 'cultish'.

Absolute con!

Pros

None! What an absolute scam!! I wish I’d looked at these reviews before I’d given up a perfectly good job.

Cons

Misled at interview and looked forward to starting. On the first day I find out I’m ’Self Employed’ ie I have to pay for my own DBS check, equipment, travel and expenses. I have no holiday/ sick/ pension etc. Dodgy Danny advertises this as a benefit!! That I have flexibility! Load of nonsense as I am obliged to attend three days training at my cost, and then to continue attending training every morning at my cost and no pay. The sales takes place outside a supermarket or similar where I am trying to sell lottery tickets etc to the public. If I get two sales I’ll get £75 (and then £3 for every sale after that), if I don’t I’ll get nothing. I’m not allowed to sell to under 28’s and not allowed to take cash. I turned down £200 in cash on one of my training days. How does that help charities? I left home at 7am and didn’t get home until 9pm. My ‘mentor’ and experienced brand ambassador who is selling the service telling me she manages to make £22k a year and what a great service this is. 12/14 hour days, no breaks and no money if you don’t get a sale! She got two sales on my training days and she was supposed to be a positive example. Dodgy Danny is a bully and a liar. He’s raking it in taking money from charities whilst exploiting young people. All the while dodging his employer responsibilities and costs. I’d love to know how he explains away the IR35 requirements here of self employment!

Pros

Commission is good and job satisfaction felt good knowing that you raised the charity good chunk of money.

Cons

Commission only but expected to start at 8 am in office. Leave site at 5.30 or later. Come back too office too drop kit off and other fund raisers off. Wants you working 6 days a week. No respect for new starters, ceo is a bully and makes staff feel worthless and left building crying.
