      - Flexible work hours - Decent pay - Good PTO structure - Some talented people

      - Burnout/poor work-life balance - Impact & equity is limited to face value - Limited issue knowledge among staff - Constantly in startup mode - High attrition - Unnecessary processes - Poor/unequipped HR systems - Favoritism & cliques - only the directors' favorites are promoted! - Client over employee well being is a norm - Exploitative culture - Best of the leadership left the org in 2020-21; poor apathetic semi-talented leadership runs the org now - Rampant internal politics
