Pros
Work everyday rain or shine. Always nice trucks and equipment. Great office staff. Great owner. Great pay.
Cons
Small company so benefits more expensive. A couple underachievers that are allowed to continuously do so. Some friction between techs and Sales. I continually fixed the actual problem plus what the salesman sold the customer.
