Pros

Almost nothing, only working from Home. But not even that, all very unfair as There are people that never go to the office and others are obliged to go at least three times. Basically, a very unfair scenario and only ruled by who has been there older or has agreed something with whoever knows who.

Cons

- Poor salaries: pay 40% lower of what should receive for your work. - Worst management I have ever seen: you have to be friends with the CEO and then you get a promotion. Management is lacking, bad, authoritarian and they will bully you anytime and at all times. What happens? Nothing, they hide everything. - HR team non existent. Even if you report a bullying situation they will hide it and pretend they are doing something. - overworked: no work-life balance. You work 12 hours and even if you say you have too much on your plate, they simply don’t care
