      Pros

      Lazy environment, so you can actually say yes to a lot of things and learn hands in multiple areas. Risk averse attitude, you be as chill a possible and do long meetings which have no meaning and minimal outcome. Vintage of workforce, a lot of ppl are there since long and are very laid back. Hence none will demand excellence as per industry as they are clueless whats happening in the industry. Small head count. Pretends well to be as professional as possible.

      Seniors scrolling Amazon while i worked managed complex tasks. Rigid in approach and no program for self development. Very conservative. Extremely slow promotion with improper review. You may work hard but you'll get menial increment. Departments work in a very different manner in role as compared to the industry eg. You'll see risk doing hr roles. Top management well rewarded. Middle and low gets less compensation. Support Softwares absent like ace mutual fund Hr not active Middle management incompetent as compared to industry
