Start-up and a few good people to work with.
Cons
For a start-up this is a very bad company to work for. There is complete lack of Leadership from the CEO. No sense of direction what so ever. Very poor communication. No freedom of speech and expression. Very closed culture where there is no scope of innovation. Stay away.
