I have been working at RGP for less than a year

    Pros

Very challenging assignments. Extremely good to build your career. Very good support system in case of any issues.

    Cons

Not clear about long term options. It would be good if clear idea was given with regard to long term career options. Whether we will always remain consultant or will become a full time employee.

    Advice to Management

Please communicate to the consultant regarding options available to become permanent employee or not.

I have been working at RGP full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    - The "team" mentality is real, not a cliche. I've never felt more connected and supported by my co-workers. I experience that in every department, not just the sales team - Management sets you up for success and will help you get there - I joined after the re-organization and am excited about where this company is headed and the continued growth RGP should stand for Really Great People

    Cons

I have nothing negative to comment
