Radiant changed insurance providers to offer more options to associates. Associates receive generous time off. The company has a peer-based rewards program. And more! 3. Radiant is always seeking talented technicians who embrace our Core Values. We did not lay-off installation technicians in 2018. 4. We investigated your claims and found them to be unsubstantiated.
