Ralph did 4 rounds of layoffs in 2024 alone. They gutted teams that were already understaffed, which had the domino effect of making every single NY employee feel unsupported, overworked, and completely uncertain about the future. Actual leadership is nonexistent. The CEOs/founders treat the NY branch like an afterthought and are completely tuned out to the downturn in morale and struggle to keep both employees and clients onboard. The local "leadership" at NY are well-intentioned but clueless. There is a glaring lack of female/POC representation at every level of decision-making. I anticipate another mass exodus in the near future.
