      Great salary and culture amid leadership transitions

      - One of the better employers in Prague in terms of salary and benefits - People and culture are really great in Prague - Nice new office

      Cons

      - Company is going through transition in both leadership and product wise as of 2026 - It's probably not the best time to join company now as there is lot of uncertainty even for software engineers - Probably related to last 2 points but it's difficult to negotiate salary raise even after promotion, aim higher during interview process as it might be difficult to get raise otherwise
