      Pros

      Completely remote is a big advantage for me! On top of it, being able to contribute in building a startup towards success is a major experience! The founding team and senior leadership is very accommodating, and supportive!

      Cons

      Different in time zones generally requires to work late nights, but that's part of the job, being remote, and that gives my day back to me! So consider it a trade off

      Pros

      1. I don't remember of any pros other than tax that you can save using 44ADA but they will lowball you in the name of ambition

      Cons

      1. Always told that you are paid above your pay grade (which is not true) 2. Micromanagement at its peak, Horrible blame culture 3. Broken Organization structure and product 4. Horrible top-level management 5. Worst kind of companies to work in early mid or late careers

      Pros

      The technical depth here is real. As an SE you're deep in the weeds with customers on container security, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and supply chain tooling — not just running demos. The learning curve is steep in a good way; you pick up expertise fast across CVE remediation, FIPS compliance, OCI registries, and more. The culture is collaborative and engineers are respected. SEs own the technical side of a deal end to end — discovery, PoC scoping, documentation — with a lot of autonomy. Comp is competitive and your contributions are visible from day one.

      Cons

      It's a startup, so processes are still maturing and you'll sometimes need to build resources from scratch. If you need heavy structure, it can feel like a lot to manage.
