Pros

work life balance (when working for Rapport, not their parent company Compass)

Cons

Benefits weren’t great. Anytime you apply for another position within the company, your manager automatically gets notified — so if you’re trying to move teams, they’ll know. They hired several people after me for the same position, and they were paid more. I later found out I was also paid more than someone who’d been there three years before me. The account I worked on had clear favoritism — only certain people got special side projects. I was told multiple times that I’d signed a non-compete, but after checking all my onboarding documents, there was no such clause. When I asked for clarification, no one could provide details. Even the client I worked with confirmed there was no non-compete in their contract with Rapport. If you currently work there and they’re telling you this same lie, don’t just take their word for it — investigate. Clients usually can’t hire current employees, but once you leave, you’re free to apply elsewhere. Hope this helps!
