      It has potential as a conpany

      Cons

      The company has very bad culture where employees dont feel safe more especially new ones. There is a rush for results and unrealistic timelines. Sometimes even glaring signs of racism. I would not recommend it.

      Visionary leadership — Management has a clear mission & vision and communicates it effectively, inspiring confidence across the team Collaborative culture — Open communication and mutual respect make sharing ideas and learning from diverse expertise easy Also the management is open to any feedback that can improve the companies performance. Professional growth — Exposure to cross-disciplinary projects and people helps develop a well-rounded skill set and nurture professional development.

      Very Ambitious! A fast-paced environment means priorities can shift quickly, which is great for those who enjoy variety and learning on the go. We are a growing company, so some processes are still being defined, but management is receptive to feedback and quick to improve.
