Great pay but lacks direction and safety support
Pros
Great pay, plenty of overtime, lots of new technologies to learn, good benefits. Lots of good hard working people but no guidance.
Cons
No direction, no plans or blue prints with proper info or updated, many leads with little help, micro manage everyone but can't help team progress, parts and material are hard to get, when your new they put you to work but no one to help show you what's going on, then expect things to be done quick, many people have gotten hurt in just a month that I been there, eyes with metal fingers smashed, support straps breaking while moving huge and heavy switch gear, little safety presence, little to no help with making progress as a team, overtime is mandatory with them, stuff is always being stolen if you work there seriously watch tools and even your lunch, people smoke maryj in the back and looks like management or friends of them, many people don't do anything while a few complete much, no access to tablets and plans unless your part of the club, no guidance, little help with basics, time in and out process takes much time and is messed up often, tasks need to be completed by many tasks to choose from and no directions given, management are usually just in meetings. Super high turnover rate, 5 new people every week and building up but no retention. Lots of excuses and no follow through.
