      realme actually is an amazing company, the work culture and everything is very good. Except the team leader of our team. PLEASE READ CONS

      We feel mentally harrassed by our team leader. It's taking a toll on our mental health and I'm not alone. The whole team is going through alot, we are constantly criticized, and have to listen to the most unpleasant things just to satisfy someone's ego. We are constantly bullied, picked at, and rarely appreciated. We need help. We are scared to even complaint that they may do something worst after that.
