      -Creative customers that will pour into your artistic endeavors -Sales and warehouse staff were extremely supportive and are quick to become your friends

      Cons

      -Unsupportive directors -Color blindness, which made me feel unheard when I had genuine concerns about my ability to work there -Very few avenues for staff to voice concerns, with little action
