Managers are always helpful. Lot of learning opportunities. Promotion/appraisal is always there when a person is deserving that. For good contribution a person can get easy 15-20% appraisal each year and also everyone has a good chance of getting interim hikes. Lot of PTO/sick leaves and management will never restrict to use those.
Cons
Lot of reorganization happened in last 1-2 years. Decision making in projects are slow/bad due to that sometimes projects with bright future are getting closed.
